I HAVE TICKETS TO A RENEE FLEMING RECITAL NEXT TUESDAY!!!! EEEK!!! I am pretty much freaking out! My opera buddy and I, along with our friend Isaac, are going to see/hear Renee! O. M. G. I was soooooo excited when, to my fabulous surprise, I found them in my mailbox yesterday evening. I even called Lynn at home. haha! She was so excited, too. :D
Tonight, I am going home for the Easter holidays. (I am escaping! muahaha!) I am so ready for this holiday! Also, for those that were wondering, my audition last night...ha!...that was terrible.

ReplyDeleteYou would not happen to be looking for any new opera buddies at the moment, would you? Renee Fleming is my FAVORITE (Did I emphasize that enough?) soprano, and I have wanted to attend one of her recitals for a long time now. You are indeed blessed to have your tickets. I want to know where this is, what she sings, and everything about it! I wanted to go to Nashville, Tenn., and see her this Friday, but I was not able to do so. I am so excited and elated for you!
As for the upcoming Easter holiday, I am glad to learn that you are going home. Everyone ought to be home with their families for the holidays, and I am happy that you are able to have that privilege.
As for your audition, which you relate was not as good as you hoped it would be, I am sorry.
